Case widhrawal

Respected experts, The court has granted an injunction against ex wife to stay away. However, ex wife appealed in the High Court against it. I apprehend that the High Court might vacate the injunction order and pass some favourable order in favour of ex wife. My lawyer has suggested that I withdraw the case in the the lower court before the High Court passes some favourable order in favour of ex wife which will have a very bad impact. Kindly advise if I can withdraw the case??

Follow your Lawyer's advise.

Withdrawal of case is not a solution. No case is 100 percent leakproof. The successes of a case depends on merit of the case and also the presentation. So contest the case as in that case you may win or may achieve your goal but if you withdraw the case then you will not only loose the chance but also loose the case.
