Hi All
A is picking up fly ash from B companies premises. B is not getting any sale consideration form A but are reimbursed Rs.50 per metric tonne as administrative charges.
Is B company liable to pay service tax for such reimbursement of Rs50. If yes, under which category service tax is chargeable.

after picking up the same may i know what is the activity of A . This is to consider whether there arises any service that is provided to B.
