Caveat is not applicable in Criminal cases,if you hve any objection against the anticipatory bail then you should file an ojection through lawyer in District or High Court as a de-facto complainant .

the caveat file only in civil cases and caveat filed in lower court too, but in special act caveat can be filed in Criminal court too.(SARFAESI ACT)

umay file cancellation of the same in the court concerned where they have been enlarged on bail.
