Certificates

is there any rule or an act for submitting certificates mandatory in schools or college.Is it mandatory?let me know sir

As per the directions of UGC, no university or colleges are authorized to ask the students to submit orginal educational certificates. Any violation of the directions attracts penalization and cancellation of affiliation.
