ESI Challans - Last date for submission - 21st of every month. PF Challan - Last date of submission- 15th of every month. ESI Return - six monthly return in form 6 Last date for submission of ESI return- 12 may and 11 Nov. PF Return -I-Monthly Return in form 12A and last date is 25th of every month. II- Yearly return in form 6A and last date is 30 April
