HELLO Experts I have small doubt hope my senior councils help me out.
sir actually we have challenged the speaking order of the municipality regarding deviation and they ordered that demolition of illegal structure.
as we have challenged the speaking order can the municipality take steps in demolition of the building without waiting for the order of the court.
as we don't have any interim orders.please suggest
Did you provide copy of notice challenging speaking order to Municipalty? If yes then municipalty will not demolish because you have already notified them when the matter is subjudice in appeal court then Municipalty will not take any coercive action
