Change in assets after filing of an affidavit

Dear all,

We have filed an affidavit of assets of a listed company at the DRT-II Delhi. Now certain material changes in its own shareholdings are to be effected i.e. some of its holdings are to be disposed off. Hence should we file another affidavit which reflects the said change ??? Kindly advise as to what is to be done ??

P.S:- Affidavit of assets are based on its last financial year's Balence Sheet.

Regards,

Sagnik Sanyal

The thing is you should give true and correct Affidavit.  and if the asset list is correct as compare to the balance sheet of last financial year then it is ok. And if something has been left out you can file an additional affidavit mentioning the left out assest.
