Change in Indian Civil Society

Hello All,

With the Western Culture infuse in Indian society: Specially the females of India have changed the way of life:

1. Wearing all kind and dress. May be that is what they think but the desi nature and grace of women is getting lost.

2. With the growing economy the womens work in large number now a days. But at the same time the working women ask for maintainance.

3. Because of education playing a important part most of the educated women and families file false 498a case as they know how to twist the law and misuse the loop holes.

What I feel with the new society coming up with western thinking and influence which is good till some point but females in India misuse the laws of the land. As the people thinking is changing the laws must change rather upgrade time to time.

4. Old Times were there when women used to feel husband and their family as their family is also getting lost as women are now 90% inclined towards her family ( her parents & siblings and others ) who in turn influence in making her family with her husband which can hamper family life.

She must not be too much dependent on her parents rather stand by with her husband and her in-laws.

As most important all maintaiance and 498a are tools to extract money. If the women is genuine then all these laws are ok but sadly they are misused heavily in the 21st century.

Even lawyers and her family members brain wash her even if she might not be interested in money and many times the women itself is greedy of money,

I head from my friends saying that when husbands in-laws come to their house then they treat as god and when the husband side any one come or husbands parents then the husband has to take permission from her wife whether to bring inside house or not. in simple words the women will never leave her family but will tell her husband to leave her family. These was not there is traditional indian women. but now these is more which can lead to divorce and money extortion from women if the husband is not hen pecked.

So I feel since freedom of women is now more and then the laws of the country must also change accordingly and proper amemmends must be there.

Even supreme of india has said it as legal terroism.

all women favouring laws are ok but now is high time govt shud scrap and ban marriage and bring a livin act looking into changing social scenario. make marriage a criminal offense u/s 498a.

If genuine case is there then ok else

Earlier marriages are made to be companion of each other whole life and

now a days when women feels money more important,

her family more important then anything else,

How to black mail husband is common now and its high time to bring change in the law with the constant change in the civil society,

I have faced in my case where my wife ran away as some of her illegal demands were not met and when I used to call her and sms her after she left then her mother threatened me that she will file 498a if I dont pay a goos sum of money to her family and more over they have currently filed a maintaiance case where she was earning earlier for past 5 years and now left as she can ask for maintaiance .

Ghar bhaithe free mein enjoyment for her.

Now she is telling If I don't give her hefty amount then they will file 498a... I would have fought the false 498a case but the problem if they pull my mother and sister which I don't want and so I because weak.

This is legal extortion of money.Pay me money or else face false 498a case.

whu has bound anyone to act in legal way , if they misuse legal way there are other ways to tackle it. fake 498a is a nuclear weapon in hand of a fool whu doesnt kno it is better as a deterrant only. so a fake 498a requires a second deterrant raection meaning complete destruction of the enemy in all possible manners including legal ways.

this is not my opinion but the nuclear doctrine of " no first use" and complete irreversible destruction of enemy of our peaceful country INDIA.

Hello All,

Thanks for the comments and more comments pls add.

I would have fought the case but the problem with me is I am staying in City A,My wife in City B which takes 2 days by train one way.And my parents in City C.Which is also far. So all in different city.

Also I would not like my parents to get link to any 498a which is non-bailable.In this process I am working and for me to come to her city and fight will be tough as i will have to travel regularly.Also the most biggest problem is to get a good lawyer as most of the lawyers very well know how to extort money from both side.So u will not find a proper lawyer in these society.They will suggest you of mutual divorce by pay hefty amount where lawyers from both side will have share and in turn the men is pissed off by paying money and money.

So now the women wants to extort money from you then the lawyer ..... then the laws of land are favouring women then what else you want.So the best way is to do mutual divorce and pay her hefty amount.

So these is the law of the land.Even the lawyers will suggest to get the money in cash so that proof will not be there in papers.And if you tell no then they will tell the girls lawyer will file 498a. SO where will the boy go.

Easy want to become rich.Men in Indian society have so many do's to do for women.But women doesn't have anything from legal point of view.

Men has to give finacial security ..which lead to maintainance,alimony,loot money like me ...called legal terroism,

Women in other hand if working also will leave the job so that they can get maintainance and give false reason to court,if women is working then legally you dont haver any share from her salary but the women has.So these is equality.Her salary is her salary is her and your salary is also her salary. So where you go.

Now mens treat laws worst then dogs and the hunter with the law.Money,Money and money is left in any relations of wife and husband that is the inner truth what ever anyone says.

Even the new act which has come the great DV act done by Mrs. Renuka C in 2005... can understand in which way it favors women I dont have to mention that. She insisted in these law and the first person she applyed was on her son-in law.So these is Indian society.

We see so many misuse by the police , lawyers, women. It is a complete racket and in these the men is hanged.

Many men suicide because of these.All men join these. SIFF. https://saveindianfamily.org/

We need to fight these.What you say Indian Men.So that like Corruption these is also one form of that.

Govt has to understand it.It gives women to mis use the law.In India only parliament can make laws and ammendemnts so Mr. Moily are you listening the voice of civil society.

Make the law proper and we don't have question about the genuine case but the mis used cases are more in India now and growing year after year.
