Yes, since school would be a commericial establishment, you'll have to have it converted for non-agricultutral purposes. Get in touch with the land revenue department within the jurisdiction of which your 2 acre land lies, submit an application explaining the reasons for conversion (i.e. building of school,) and get the change authorized.
