that cannot be changed.  only future documents can be changed.

Where ever you apply for afresh registration attached the copy of the Gazatte alongwith your old certificates. You cann't change the old one. But, ensure all new Registration and Certificates are in new name.

Thanx for ur reply. actually I've enquired in Directorate of govt exams in district level office. They told that its possible.  They guide me to contact the state level office and a lawyer for further assistance.
