Change of propreitor in a propreitorhip firm

can a proprietor introduce another person to carryout business with his proprietorship firm name.

I.e. can proprietor be changed in case of a proprietorship firm.

 

 

Unable to get proper answer....Kindly help to clear my doubt.

Dear Anand,

Issue a power of attorney for him to execute all the transactions on your behalf. 

However will advise not to get into such transactions as this may create long term litigations.
