Change of surname after marriage

Hello,

My name is Anita in all of my documents and there is no surname.

I am going to marry in a month and would like to add husband's surname to my name.

How to get new name on PAN card, bank accounts, educational certificates..?

Can you please let me know the procedure for this?

If you are Hindu, after marriage, you have to register your marriage with Marriage Registrar. at the time of submission of Form-A and application etc., you mention your name with husband surname. it will be noted your name with husband's surname and accordingly the certificate will be issued. if you are not hindu then go for spl. marriage and spl.marriage will be solmnized after 30 days after submission of application.
