Change the date of birth

Hi , i m vinoth kumar ,i want how to change the date of birth in my certificate. actually my date of birth is 13/10/1988.but in my school to college certificate& voter id have 13/07/1989.i was apply the passport at the time after 1989 have conformally submit birth certificate is usual. but i have wrong date of birth.i was check my municipality regard it's same as my birth certificate . pls help me any one u know pls.....

It is very difficult to correction after a long time, declare by an Affidavit before the Judicial Magistrate,submit the same to the local Municipality for correction of registration.,Thereafter try to necessary change in your Secondary Certificate.
