Changes in examination in chief

hi

i have just  filed examination in chief  wiht the court, but Due to some new evidences i nedd to make some drastic changes in the chief .... will the court allw that..... what is the procedure for that ??

Once eacmination chief affidavit is filed, you cannot make changes in that.  Try filing further chief affidavit.

If you don't get to file the additional chief as advised above - after leave of the court - try seeking re-examination (after cross examination) and clarify whatever you can there.

File an application in court mention therein the reasons and seek permission to file additional affidavit {chief examination} .
