There is a cheque bounce case but I have applied for passport immediately and my password is being generated but I did not mention in it that I have a cheque bounce case 138 against me, so will my password be cancelled during police verification

Though the cheque bounce case is a criminal case but since it is a private criminal complaint, it will not reflect in police records hence it will not impact issuance of passport in any manner.

It is not a case which may affect passport issuing.
Password is available for a limited time, isn't it ? If so, what is your apprehension about password ?

Yes,cheque bounce cases are not police case and not reflect in police record so will not affect issuance of passport.
