Charged under pc act: how to plead innocent during trial

I have been falsely charged under PC act, as on date the case is in trial stage. Recently under RTI I have obtained some information which may help in proving my innocence. How can I plead innocent at trial stage ? Kindly share format for the application.

There is no format for any appl. Ask ur defense lawyer to move an appl to bring additional evidence on record during trial nd cross examine the witness on that point. Regards Bhuwan raj, adv. Cell 09839268489.
