Charged with a DUI

DUI or Driving Under the Influence, is a very serious crime that has many complicated legal ramifications that follow the arrest itself. If you are driving with a blood alcohol content level (BAC) of .08 or higher, you may face a judge or jury in a court of law and will expect to the state the facts of the case. The law protects you in allowing you to hire an experienced defense attorney to hopefully help you receive the best possible outcome in that trial.

Every person arrested for DUI can expect to face arraignment. Arraignment is the process by which the district court where the offense occurred determines whether an individual will be released on bail or released with the promise of appearing in court at a later date.

Thanks
