Hi All In my case when i got my chargesheet its totally diff from FIR. Eg. In FIR there my mother in law and my wife said tht they gave 50 gm gold at the time of marraige. But chargesheet says after marrige 2-3 weeks they gave 50 gm gold to me. also they added few more names of witness in chargesheet which FIR dont have tht name. Wht to do....?? plz advice.

All contradictions can be used by your lawyer to bring the downfall of prosecution story.
Don't fret about it now. Let the charges be framed, then based on that you can decide future course of action.
