Dear Sir,
I had started a process with one of the supposedly reputed immigration consultants in Delhi for my immigration to Canada. They charged me Rs 1 Lac for handling my case. I gave them all documents. They even told me that if I am not eligible for Canada, they will try for Australia. During the last 2 years, they have done nothing except assisting me with my educational credential evaluation, for which also I paid myself. Now since one year nothing has moved forward. They are not even responding to my emails and phone calls. Now I want a legal recourse. Can anyone suggest me any good immigration lawyer in India who can help me get my money from them. I am looking for only specialist lawyers who handle such cases.
I have all evidence such as emails conforming that they were just wasting my time.
