one year back i am giving one lakh for registration of my 4.80 acre land to stampvendor he was one of the mediator in registration office but he was registred 1.80 to me another three acre not registered because that site belongs govt land but he is not given return money how to complaint by him

Yes. do you have any evidence? How did you rely the broker? Before purchasing/selling an immovable property you have to consult directly to the buyer/seller or an experience Advocate to avoid legal complications. and moreover you kept one year after registration.
