Cheque

Hello

I wasissude 2 cheques withot date 6 years ago

And only signednot filled any details

Nowiwas paid full amounts to him but he does not give me my cheques back and our relations is disturbed , now how can I protect my self from any future trouble regarding these cheques and also someone tell me that he wants to deposits my cheques and can do any legal

immediately issue a legal notice to the person through an advocate thereby demanding the cheques back giving the proper reason. Also immediately write a letter to your bank about stop payment of those cheques.
