Immediately inform by phone followed by written communication (narrating phone calls with details and minutes)  under proper acknowledgment the company’s authorized signatory on cheque, MD…………and ask to reply back by email followed by letter thru Redg. Post on intent to pay by cheque/DD/cash as applicable……..say in next 2days…

Thereafter depending upon conduct within say 5days from date of cheque bounce without delay approach a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in such/criminal matters…………..
