My dear Friend,

1. I am not NAUKAR of Sarkaar.

2. Even if you spend multiple years in litigation you won't get 10% per month interest back. Such huge interests are not possible.

3. Get Rich Quick schemes make only one party rich, the person running the scheme.

4. Tomorrow, when your lawyers lure you and charge hefty fee and nothing would come out of it, you would come back saying all lawyers are thiefs and thugs.

I closed this query with simple common-sense remark. If you want I can give the same advise in 2 full page mail, with loads of ifs and buts and remaining non-commital, but then I would charge you hefty amount for writing those bull-sh*t 2 pages.

2 years! Great. I was served the process in 1999. Not a hearing has taken place. Some people have immense faith in judicial system. Actually there is no alternative.
