Child abuse

My daughter was about 12 years old, she was returning home from school by bus when on her way bus driver misbehaved with her. We registered a FIR at local police station & they made a case under Sec. IPC 354. It was on Nov'2012'  Bus driver was not arrested and he got bail from the lower court. After that The court has transferred the case to GRAM NYAYALAYA saying that it was at their territory. Since then The GRAM NYAYALAYA Magistrate has done nothing except giving dates. Kindly suggest me what should i do to get the case start properly.

Dear Mr. Sandeep Agrawal,

1.  You see such situations is  rampant in the judiciary functions.

2.  Has the Charge sheet been filed ?

3. Has the Court framed the charges against the accused?

4. You can write a simple Registered A.d. letter addressed to the Chief Justice of the High Court citing the details of the case and i am sure the CJ will respond and direct the trial court to expdite the case proceedings.

5. If you feel like taking private legal counsel from this lawyer you are most welcome.
