In my Custody Appeal, judge referred my 6yrs old son to psychologist for assessment since he was very reserved and timid in judges chamber. My ex is raising my child since his 11 months of age. Judge said that child is being affected mentally and if this continuous, child's confidence will go out.
Now my advocate is telling that assessment report is for the reference of court and we may not get it.
Indian courts are open courts and should maintain transparency. I need this report to plan subsequent therapy for my son. Please experts help me.
