please be specific ..... you want to know that a father having custody for 6 years of his 8 yr old daughter can apply for divorce or not?? when were you seperated ... on what ground ... what you and your husband do ?

1)She deserted us without any reasonable cause.
2)When 2.0 years passed after self desrtation she filed under GWA demanding visitation rights,intrim custody,permanent custody.
3)As child was in settled posation court did not disturb her custody,even visitation rights not given...
