If your mind is blank, then where we all go?
2 to 3 years for chargesheet??? I can't believe it. May be by bribing police!!!!

Avoiding court summons for 1 or 2 time may delay process and it may help us to know that something is surely coming and we can prepare..(not me my poor parents worry too much)

She surely filed false case of 498a, 504. 506 etc. what if she can't prove it? Can she be in trouble? Can I file counter case?

What you can not prepare in one month you can not prepare in even 3 months.

You are right. Ok one more thing:

She claimed she got jewelry, lots of money when she got married (we had love marriage, she came to my place by herself from abroad, I didn't ask her to runaway...she was living there by herself and had not been living with her parents since long time)

She didnt' bring single penny so she couldnt' prove any claim. Do court ask her to prove that what ever she is claiming is true or not?

Even my uncle and aunty did "Kanyadan" as her parents were not aware as well as were not ready to accept our relation.

Yes, proving comes during trial and the person who claims the existance of certain fact has to prove it.
