Real Soul.... (LEGAL) 24 October 2019
You would ask me tommorow your daughet is not qualifying her exams and you need a legal help to make that clear.....your moral obligations and your teachings are sprouting as dveloped brances spacefying how you upbrought your only child. The problem still is not so bad though already mismanaged,it is better to show strictness and decipline the girl as the time is well known how it is consuming the chrecters and even can set fire to the emtionlal pool.
Be care ful and tactical cosult some child behaviour therapuist and settle you personal problem Law has nothing for you at this situation.

I have only a daughter child, aged about 16 years. Recently she has got an affair with a boy of her same age and she chats on messenger app throught entire night. As her final exam is knocking at the door, we both the perents are remaining sleepless throughout the night. she never pays heed, despite many counselling. Is there any legal support to make her come into a disciplined life. We are really worried. |
OPTIONS:
1. Leave the Child to its destiny and your God would take care of her future /career /needs /whatever .... No point in direct confrontation with Child, since that might prove more aggressive and irreversibly destructive.
2. Secretly install a Mobile Jammer in her room /house (costs maybe 5000-10000) and major of your problems /work can be overcome.
3. Thru indirect sources /anonymous phone calls, inform the Child that the said boy friend is also in affair with another Girl and Boy is also HIV infected. This tactics should would also work. No point in having the Boy, beaten up or whatever ....

There cannot any laws for the dealings between parents and a minor child. There can be laws to enforce the obligations of parents to the child. Use your affection to make her mend her ways. She should feel how important she is to you parents.
