Child n wife right taking.

My father is irresponsible person , he never paid single rupee for my expenses since my childhood. He is fighting a ancestral property case in high court. In that case he won two cases, in session court and district court. Now the opposition party are ready compromise at some reasonable amount.but my father is ignoring us as he is a fearless criminal. I wanted to take some legal action against him.6 months ago he paralysis attack on right side of his body.I and my mother took care of him ,now he is OK only hand not working but it could work near future.he does not stay with us from my childhood. He never paid my mother expenses not even single rupee. Today he is not with us , I want to take legal action against him.he never bother about law an order.he is such a shameless personality.
