three chques issued from partner co. by one of the partner. he is having chq authourity tio sign.
out of three two chqs legal notice and summon not servd. only one legal notice issued. remaing legal notice not issued. summon also not issued. but understand from lawer they filed case with court puting the summons.
the same summon refused by us like that they filed case in the court.....if we are not appearing in karnatak they will issue npw... legal notice not recvd even after lapsing six month from chq deposit, summon not issued. but court case admitted they r going to issue summon to attend in feb 2013.
how can proceed....please help us if we are not attending...npw will be issued. otherwise if appeared appearing without summon.... what we can do....
