I am a committee member of a CHS. However some committee members are parking their 4 wheeler in
the area originally allotted for children park. No member has been bought flats along with parking slot. There is no parking area in the building. Now some members are demanding permission for their tenent to park auto and also 2 wheeler. Please advice.

Either there is some open space within the society compound to permit such parking or there is no vacant space for such parking.
If there is no space for parking within the society, how will you allot?
If there is some open space, then and then only you can consider their request.

Please mention the State and city in which you are. Co-operative laws differ from State to State.

According Model Byelaws approved the Co-operative Department of Maharashtra Government, if there are open areas within the Society premises, the Society can allot parking lots to its members and charge a fee for such parking. Parking fees that can be charged will be decided by the General Body. Who alloted the area for children's park? You answer this question and also ask further questions, if you have got any.
