Chs deadlock

ours is a cooperative housing society at dombivli in maharashtra having only 8 members out of which 4 members are 75 or 75+  and they have by circular informed all the  members that on account of age physical and mental disability and family problems will not continue to hold offices of secretary ,treasurer and chairman from 1st april. other members have regretted their inability to hold  these offices .under the circumstances dissoltion of the society appears to be the only solution. learned professionals pl advise

Constition of India , Article 14 declares that "the State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or equal protection of the laws within the territory of India".  In modern world, people can use very much modern technology like video conferencing for various meetings, mobile phones for communications,skype etc. why the descrimination among old aged people ?
