Cidco 12.5% scheme plot deed of assignment and next steps

Our Building  was constructed on as 12.5 %   Gaothan plot  alloted by CIDCO  . After   completing  formalities we had  obtained permission   from CIDCO to register the society in  February 2011 .

 

Thereafter once society was regstered we had  signed and registered a  deed of assignnment    with the builder  in August 2011 .    We had also paid the CIDCO transfer charges  before that .. 

re we required to submit the original  or  copy of this deed of assignment  to  CIDCO ?

What  is the next step  after submission of  this to CIDCO ? does  CIDCO amend its records /  pass any mutation entry ?

What  are the consequences if the Deed of assignment  is not submitted to  CIDCO  ?  does the  deed of  assignment  become a invalid document ?

The plot will remain in the name of that builder or whoever is the original lessee and the property tax bills shall be drawn in their name, not in the name of your society.. Prashant Bhat, Vashi.
