My 498a wife going to file application u/s319 after her exam.-in -chief for summoning of my parents, married sisters living separately,who were given clean chit in police enquiry. I request the members of this forum to intimate me some landmark judgements of HC/SC, quashing summoning orders of parents, sisters etc. who are living separately even before marriage, which may be quoted for quashing of summoning orders or may be quoted while filing reply to the application of wife u/s 319 in the court.
