Citation for submitting case related papers in court.

Hi Experts,

Actually I am fighting one false 498a case filed against me and my family members, , wherein I had filed for discharge in lower court, I had submitted all the papers to my lawyer which could had been very helpful in proving my innocence , but it seems he cheated me and has not submitted those papaers in my discharge petition , now I went in appeal in sessions court, have changed the lawyer, but when tried submitting those papers opponent advocate is objecting, need the citation if there is any, which shows if any one missed submitting the papers in lower court, one can submit them in higher courts.

Thanks

Sk.

If the documents in question is required to meet the ends of justice in appeal it can be admitted. No citation is required for that. Even the LAW must bend before JUSTICE.
