Hello Friends,
I am mentioning few citation below . First two are the judgments which were delivered in Madras high ccourt ( I understood it by seeing the keyword Mad , please correct me if I am wrong) , but the last two citations are having "All" and this is where I am facing problem.
Could someone please explain to me what the botttom two citations mean actaullay ?
AIR 1949 Mad, 398. 377
AIR 1958 Mad. 423.
AIR 1932 All 664.
AIR 1960 All. 510.
