Dear Experts,
I have a RCR u/s 9 case running in a local court in Tamil Nadu. My wife filed maintenance case u/s 24 HMA.
I have several jedgement citations to cite for judgement against by wife.
I am doubtful about judgement citations from outside of the jurisdiction of Madras HC. Can I produce judgements citations on u/s 24HMA from outside of jurisdiction of Madras HC viz, one from Gujrat HC, P&H HC, Delhi HC, Bombay HC, Kolkata HC, MP HC, Karnatak HC etc?
Or am I restricted only to judgement citations from jurisdiction of Madras HC only?
Experts please advice.
