Citibank spammed me with 9000+ sms in one day. This affected my work. i lost some business i was trying for as a freelancer causing me loss of almost 3-4 lakhs INR. This caused a lot of mental harassment and not to mention the frequent heating and crashing issues with my phone on a day when my grandmother was undergoing an surgery. I want to put a case against Citibank in consumer court. please guide me.
