Hi friends
My Mom is second wife, my father again married because my first mom not able to conceive so he married first mom s own sister i am the son of the second Mom all the property stands on my first moms name and my first mom died , all the property s are in my first moms name will i have the right to claim

Too many Mom confusing question. Say something on Marriage back ground. Was it in temple, in front of any witness or in court. If your father is still married to his first wife, legally first charge will be allowed to first wife. Second wife is not a legal member of this family.
