Civil case

I HAVE FILED A CASE ON SOCIETY WITH EX. 5. DEFENDANT HAS FILED A APPLICATION WITH EX. 40 OF COUNTER CLAIM. COURT PASSED AN INTERIM ORDER JOINTLY ON BOTH APPLICATION WHEREBY COURT ALLOWED MY APPLICATION WITH CERTAIN CONDITIONS. TRIAL IS GOING ON. CAN COURT PASS AN FINAL JUDGEMENT ON EX. 40. EX. 40 WAS FILED BY ADMINISTRATOR OF THE SOCIETY. AT EVIDENCE STAGE, ADMINISTRATOR OF SOCIETY HAS NOT COME TO THE COURT IN WITNESS BOX. AS SOCIETY WAS REPRESENTED BY CHAIRMAN OF THE SOCIETY DURING EVIDENCE STAGE. I HAVE ASKED HIM A QUESTION WHETHER HE IS GOING TO CALL ADMINISTRATOR IN THE COURT. HE SAID NO. WHAT IMPACT WILL IT HAVE ON EX. 40 APPLICATION AS ADMINISTRATOR HAS NOT APPEARED IN THE COURT.
