Civil court order against us.

Sir/Madam,

I want to file petition for appeal in higher court for civil case against district court order , can you please advise me how to appeal and what document are required for appeal ?

For an appeal before the high court, you need to prepare a memorandum of appeal, attach the certified copy of the judgment and order by the lower court, condone delay petition and affidavit in case of delay in filing the said appeal. Take the help of a lawyer.
