a village woman has a Grama kantam plot with a tin sheets house admeasuring 150 Sq.yards in a muncipal town(there is no documents) She has two Sons. She died intestate.Now elder son's wife (Who was already died) sold out the whole property without permission of younger son.The buyer occupied the plot and demolished the house.
