civil partition case

earlier I got call for plaintiff evidence , now the stage of the case is showing ' for trial ' .
at this stage how far it will take to close case
can any help me under stand this?

As per your query it is understood that you need information regarding the partition suit and how much time it will take.

The term ‘partition’ implies to divide the portion of a whole. Partition for the most part implies a division which means to deliver a portion of something to somebody. Alternatively, to divide an entirety into portions, each of which would be separate and having its different existence is called Partition.

Generally, a partition suit takes 3 years for completion. The grant of preliminary decree takes around 2 years and another 1 year is given by the Court for obtaining the share in the property.

sir,

you certainly cannot say in anything on the timeline in our system.it will take 2 to several years.

no one  not even a lawyer can promise you a timeline.some may try to mislead you as a client.
