civil query

there was an eviction suit against defendant licencee. since the defendant was absent on one particular date the Court has passed no cross order and thereafter no evidence order. the defendant licencee file application to set a side no cross of plaintiff and to set aside no evidence order however the trial court has rejected. against the said order revision was filled which was rejected. against the said order writ petition was filled which two was rejected. and therefore finally slp was filed. before the slp could be heard on marit the trial court has disposed the suit by conducting day to day hearing in just 3 day in spite of request to the court that serious issue of no evidence and no cross is under challenge. now what will be the fate of my slp in view of disposal of lower court processing ? . can apex court reverse the order to the trial court to start from no cross stage ?

Your SLP before S.C has become infractuous, you have remady to file appeal against the judgment and decree of lower/original court and raise objection/ground therein in this regard.
