Pls refer Family court Act 1984, Sec - 13
which says no party to a suit or legal proceeding before a family court shall be entitled, as of right to be represented by a legal practitioner
My Questions are :-
1. If no parties in family courts are entitled to legal practitioners then how are family courts in Delhi full of lawyers representing their clients ?
2. What action can be taken to if I don't want lawyer of opposite party in my case to accompany my wife ?
3. Can this family court sec - 13 be quoted in the court or is there any amendment to this Family court act which is applicable in Delhi ?
4. It is also written legal practitioner can only accompany if he is an "Amicus Curiae", Kindly clarify this ?
