Hi,
I would like to know if the coapplicant must also be available while collecting the original documents from bank after Home Loan Closure. PLease responsd after going throught the below points.
- Me and my coapplicant are legally seperated for 6 years now
- The divorce statement clearly mentions - My co-applicant does not have any rights or ownership on any of my property.
- The house is in my name only.
- The EMI and the total loan amount paid so far has been debited from the Account for which I am the single account holder.
