1. All matters under Cooperative Societies shall fall within the purview of the Cooperative Court.
2. All matters related Property claims, Defamation claims & compensation etc.... will fall within the purview of the Civil Court. Matters related to disputes under cooperative laws CANNOT be heard in a civil court.
