Co owned flat

I co-own my flat in Mumbai with my Mother. She has passed away. There is no will. My Dad too is no more. I have 1 brother & 1 sister. I want the society & registrar records to show only my name. They are willing to give the gift deeds in my favour. Is there anyway I can do it without having to go thru the court proceedings for Succession certificate.

Instead of gift deed opt for relinquishment deed with affidavit which would serve your purpose. If required consult with details. Sidharth 9811776422

The succession is as per personal law that applies in case of deceased owner e.g; Hindu Succession laws…

Are you Hindu?
