Hi All,
I want to know that is any kind of case been files and got result regarding society member and Commity mentioning that societyhas done a repairing of common terrace which sittuated just above the members flat. The repairing is not satisfied and member has filed a case against society saying that after repairing the lekage is still there that means the repairing is not done properly.
Would like to know that in such cases what decission has given by Law.
