we are having a wall common with one of our neighbour.our and their house was constructed at the same time till ground floor in the year 1972 and the agreement was done with them of the whole wall.they sold the house to the other party in 1988 and they constructed it till 3rd floor(using the common wall) in 1995 and we constructed 1st floor 2 years back and firstly they refused for any construction cost for that common wall as we were now using it and now after 2 years they are asking for money which is 3 times higher the present construction cost.what should i do now.even he is abusing and frightening us of goons.
